Erik Skattum was born in New York, and raised in the UK. His love of film was born from an aversion to his original chosen path, medicine. He started his career as an associate producer on an independent feature starring Jena Malone, before moving into the talent agency world. Since beginning his dual degree at Stern and Tisch, Erik has spent his time producing the wonderful movies of his cohort and cramming for accounting finals.
