GALDER IRUSTA
Galder Irusta is an upcoming Basque film director and playwright. Prior to his studies, he had directed, written, edited and produced over 60 no-budget short films. In theater, Irusta's work as a playwright has been performed in Basque Country and Costa Rica, He also professionally directed one play for the stage and worked as a theater assistant director for five years. Irusta holds a BA in Philosophy and an MA in Film Studies. He is a current MFA candidate at the NYU Grad Film program with the support of the La Caixa Fellowship.
