Tristen Ortiz is a filmmaker and writer based in New York and Chicago. His work blends satire, magical realism and pop-cultural critique to explore race, identity and the absurdity of modern life. Currently pursuing his MFA at NYU Tisch, Tristen is passionate about creating genre-bending stories that challenge systems of power while remaining deeply personal and emotionally resonant.
